High precision aluminium rail mechanism

Multi-stage pressurizing mechanism
Media feeding is affected by pressure and paper variables.
MUTOH‘s unique “Multi-stage pressurizing mechanism” enhances media feed stability for various media by selecting the appropriate pressure mode.
The pressure mode has four levels: high, middle, low and partial pressure. Thin and soft media that may struggle to be fed by conventional machines now can be supported by setting the pressure low. This function expands media feed capability. Furthermore, media cockling can be minimized by canceling multiple pressure rollers individually.

Multi-language intuitive OLED display
Mutoh's NEW Electrostatic touch panel improves panel operation and user experience. The user-friendly touch panel provides high visibility, has a large 'real-time' status bar and illuminates keys necessary for desired functions assisting in navigation.
The new panel also supports 8 languages: Japanese, English, Germany, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese.

Bi-directional alignment is crucial for image definition and overall image smoothness.
Mutoh's DropMaster 2 technology automatically calibrates bi-directional alignment according to the thickness of the media, saving time and reduces variation in adjustments that can occur between different operators.
